The municipal listing states 'Permite perros' (translation: Dogs allowed), with no rules or season. At the foot of Sierra Almagrera. Radio Diputación de Almería (10/05/2024) announced it as the first dog beach in the Levante almeriense (eastern Almería).

From the mouth of the river Andarax to the desalination plant: 25,332 m² along 950 m, with parking. In 2022 the Town Council equipped it with a dog shower, a fountain and a recreation area (dog toilet area, pipicán). The official source dates from 2022; 2025 press reports mention a refurbishment.

San Fernando Tourism page (Municipal Tourism Department, modified on 17/09/2026): designated area about fifteen minutes' walk from the last access point (no. 8), with a dog shower. That page gives no rules. According to the 2017 municipal note (NoticiaID=5015): off the lead only within the 1,125 m² fenced enclosure and on a lead in the rest of the area; there is no confirmation that this is still the case. According to the press (El Castillo de San Fernando, June 2026; Cádiz Directo, 24/07/2026), in summer 2026 a storm damaged the Punta del Boquerón path and the Junta authorised temporary access along the shore from access 8.

12,000 m²; dog shower and fountain (description truncated in the source). The municipal beach bylaw (art. 16.4.c) allows dogs in areas designated by the Town Council, in compliance with the code of conduct displayed in the area.

The document is the municipal plan for the operation of seasonal services 2023/2026 (Mayoral Decree of 16/01/2023), published on the Junta website. Lepe's beach bylaw prohibits walking animals along the beach to reach the designated stretches.

With dog fountains and showers (CN-340, km 184). According to the municipal note of 24/06/2017 ('de temporada' (translation: seasonal) areas, open until 15 October that year): dogs under their owner's control, pick up droppings, bathing in front of the dog beach prohibited; potentially dangerous dogs (PPP) enter on a lead via the wooden boardwalk. VALIDITY NOT CONFIRMED, do not publish as current. The Turismo El Ejido notes (19/06/2024 and 16/09/2024) give it as the first dog beach of the 2024 season. The closing note of the 2026 Beach Plan (18/09/2026) does not mention any dog beach. According to SrPerro, the Town Council told them that in 2025 it would not be active as a dog beach, and Comiviajeros (16/06/2026) says the same. No official source from 2025 or 2026 has been found.
