The 2014 PRUG (Decree 13/2014) prohibited the entry of pets off the lead. It is replaced by the PRUG of Decree 79/2025 (DOE 21/07/2025); in the readable part (up to art. 28) only the removal of unsupervised domestic animals appears (art. 25.7). The rest could not be read.
